Bridget Jones Award for Caribbean Studies (Society for Caribbean Studies)

We would like to pay tribute to the late Bridget Jones, scholar and
long-time supporter of the Society, who died on April 4th 2000. In
Bridget's memory, we offer a travel bursary of £650 plus full
conference fees to enable an arts practitioner from any region of the
Caribbean to present their work at the Society's annual conference.

We are now accepting proposals for the 2015 conference which will be
held at the The Drum Intercultural Arts Centre in early July 2015. The
deadline for entries is 16th January 2014.
