Internationally, gender and other elements of diversity are
increasingly factoring into performance systems. However, these
diversity dimensions are noticeably lacking in Canada's government
evaluation function . This presentation outlines efforts undertaken to
date, those required, the involvement of multiple stakeholders, the
major limitations, and exciting movement forward in this area.


Light lunch will be served. R.S.V.P. by September 9.

Le genre ainsi que les autres éléments liés à la diversité font de
plus en plus partie des systèmes de performances dans le monde.
Toutefois, visiblement, ces éléments sont absents des fonctions
d'évaluation du gouvernement du Canada. Cette présentation décrit les
efforts entrepris à ce jour, précise les efforts encore requis,
souligne l'implication des divers intervenants et donne un aperçu des
principales contraintes et avancées dans ce domaine captivant.
