*AAA searches for a new Executive Director - paid post
*The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership
and management of the organization whose strategic direction is set
by the Executive Board. The Executive Director serves as an
ex-officio, non-voting member on all association boards and
committees. The position is available due to the pending retirement
of the incumbent. In his 16-year tenure, the AAA has grown
substantially, reflecting his strengths in staff management and
development, board governance, and a sound understanding of how such
organizations succeed.
