Last minute opportunity - deadline Nov 20 : ethnographic consultancy for the UN Human Rights Office


The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is seeking the services of consultant/s to undertake an ethnographic study of its organizational culture.  The intention is to introduce a fresh look at barriers to, and enablers of, equality, dignity and diversity within our workplaces. 

 

We are looking for experts with experience in the fields of institutional ethnography and/or sociology and/or change leadership many of whom may be part of your network. Experts should in addition have in depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion, demonstrated experience in cross-functional transformational organizational change methodologies and demonstrated experience advising and supporting executive management.

 

The consultancy will be for 180 days over a period of eight month, starting in December.

The Consultant will be home based with face-to-face consultations required at OHCHR in Geneva and selected OHCHR field locations, to be determined. Travel, in accordance with the United Nations Secretariat polices, will be covered by OHCHR.
