> The Editorial Collective invites submissions for Volume 2 of New Proposals

> (3,000 to 5,000 words) as well as shorter commentaries (up to 2,500 words).

> Our journal is open access and fully electronic. All papers are peer
> reviewed. We are interested in either individually submitted papers or in
