Please note that we are approaching three important deadlines for those wishing to submit proposals for CASCA-AAA2019. We encourage participants to complete all registration/submission steps ahead of time to avoid missing out on this historic conference.

Membership and conference registration deadline - for those wishing to submit proposals for the CASCA-AAA2019 general call for papers.

CASCA membership rates and benefits are listed here. CASCA conference rates are listed here.

You will receive instructions on how to log in to the AAA portal with your CASCA ID upon payment of your CASCA membership and registration.


April 5 3PM EST


Submissions must be started in the AAA portal.

"started" means you've entered the portal, selected the primary section, selected a session type, and given the proposal a title. When you log in and click "Click here to begin a new proposal," these are the first 3 steps involved in starting a submission to generate a task list.


April 10 3PM EST

Submissions must be finalized and submitted in the AAA portal.
